BAD SERVICE & RESPONSE TIME

After setting off my house alarm early on Sunday morning the 17th February 2013 I only received a call from ADT after 20 Minutes, after complaining and requesting to talk to a supervisor I was informed that Marvin would contact me as soon as he got off the other line. (I am still waiting) then 40 minutes later a response vehicle turned up. After informing the officer of my thoughts he too was unsuccessful in contacting the call centre.

In South Africa how long does it take for Burglars to clean the average house? 1-2 Minutes.

Again our alarm was triggered off this morning with the same response times. The call centre then called my wife who informed them to contact me.
I then spoke to some lady that I could hardly understand on the phone who asked me what my complaint was so that she could take it up with the supervisor. I was informed that the supervisor would then call me back. To my surprise I am still waiting to hear from a ADT Supervisor.

40 minutes when in distress is a lifetime...
