I had recently purchased a router from [URL Removed] upon first activation it was noticed that there was a fault with the router. The router was than collected by afrihost.
Upon return of the same router I am still having endless problems with connection and the use of the wireless. I have called numerous amounts of time always being told that the router technician is busy or unavailable and will get back to me. It has been two weeks to date and yet no one has called back or helped sort out the problem. I was even told that the router was marked to be collected again. Yet no one has called or come to collect.
I am disgusted at the service with [URL Removed] and I am still being charged for Internet connection that I cannot even use.
For a Internet provider who is suppose to be the best on the country, it's pretty service.
