Customer Service is Disgusting!!!

I have reported a fault on Sat 19 October 2013 and was told that a technician would attend to it within 48 hrs.By Tues 22 Oct fault was not repaired. I called the callcentre and spoke to a Lobisa Sibiya who told me that the fault had been logged and will be fixed within 48 hours, she said she had escalated it. I did not accept this and asked for a more specific time line as I could not trust the 48hr response time. I asked to speak to her supervisor so that I could get a date and time by which the fault would be fixed. Lobisa told me that her supervisor was on a call and would return my call. She took my cell number but it had reached after 3pm and nobody called me. I called 10210 again and spoke to Nompilo. She said she will check on the status of my complaint and asked me to hold. I stayed on hold for /- 10 min until eventually the call cut from Telkom's side. I called once again and spoke to Pertunia Songo, she refused to give me her suervisor's name and once again put me on hold until the call cut yet again from Telkom's side! Aaron Ngema tried to help & said he would let me spk to the supervisor but once again I was put on hold with no answer! Have not spoken to a super yet!
