Neotel bad after sales service

We bought a Neotel wireless device which has been unable to connect to the internet since the after noon of the 31st of January. Today is the 4th of February. We have sent daily emails though to customer service and four days later still have nothing except an automated response that they have received out mails. We phoned on the 1st were put on hold for 10 minutes to speak to a technician. Phoned back and customer service had us on hold for 7 minutes and then could not assist is and tried to put us back on hold for a technician.

Today phoned again they put us on hold for 5 minutes before they answered. Lovely young lady could not assist us when we gave her our device number and put us through to Nelson who could not assist us either and put us back on hold. We then asked to speak to a Supervisor and were told he was unavailable. We asked for a reference number he informed us that only technical could give us a reference number when he came back we insisted on speaking to a Supervisor and only then were our details taken down and we were given a reference number.
