I signed up for my contract with Mtn in July/August last year. At the time i signed up for a blackberry and the monthly BIS was included in my package. Back then i could browse the web AND download content without the use of my airtime as that is what the Blackberry BIS covered. However now i discover that it has changed, and i must now use MY airtime to download something.
HOW is that possible or fair? No one notified me of this change, and even if they had you cannot go and change things mid way through my contract! This is very unprofessional and actually a joke.
