I have a bb 9360 on mtn top up contract with nashua pavilion. I went in store today as I want to cancell my contract as I no longer am able to download content its my understanding that mtn have stopped blackberry users from downloading content I could understand that in the event my phone were on prepaid but as I signed a contact at nashua for my phone and one of the perks and main reason for taking the contact to be able to download content I feel its not fair that I should have to keep paying for a phone that no longer does what prompted me to take the phone and hence the contract with nashua. My contact is literally 4 months from upgrade and I was told by nashua pavilion that to cancel my contract I would be charged over 4000 rand they blamed Mtn stating this was their policy not nashua s. I refuse to pay for early cancellation. I signed a contract I shouldn't have to accpet that mtn no longer allows downloads on bb phones the reason I signed the contract was cause of that perk so why should I have to keep to the contract and pay more for data bundles its daylight. Further more nashua didn't even inform me of mtns new policy I had to google it to find out
