After loading a complaint against MTN for a blackberry that is not working. Taking the phone in to MTN Keywest today. I was informed that the contract that we signed for both our boys phones for the BBM service is no longer allowing the user to download for free and that you are paying for each and every download from the internet. This has been changed according to the consultant at the MTN branch. According to me this is Breach of contract as the contract when upgrade is what we wanted on both number. Now it no longer works as per the contract signed. MTN has changed the term of the contract and not offering us that what was accreed to last year in March. I demand the contract be cancelled immediatly as the contract have been changed to suit MTN. I also want a refund of the BBM service amount that I pay every month on the phones from the date that MTN decided to change the term and conditions of the contracts. We are not even the half of the 24 months contract that have been signed and already I am paying for something that is no longer working correct. So please have a look at MTN and make sure that your Blackberry is getting what you are paying for!
