MTNs lack of cammitment to EVERYTHING
I use to have a blackberry as it was part of my contract with R200 airtime a month. I had decided to buy an iphone as blackberry BIS for MTN was not satisfying with having no download speed and hardly any extras anymore. So i had been transferring my airtime into data as it was cheaper on internet and downloads for iphone but now all of a sudden i cant transfer my airtime which is such rubbish as i had done it before. I really don't understand why you have changed it all of a sudden plus not even warning anyone about it (Which you guys never do anyway when it comes to changing things) I seriously think you guys have gone so downhill that i WILL be moving providers as even your help line is useless
