Changing rules to suite them

I took out a contract with MTN beginning of last year, got a Blackberry as internet browsing is free, but I have been charged since the beginning, even for sending BBM's. Two weeks ago my memory card stopped working, I took this to MTN PavIlion and the data consultant could not even save one miserable song, all of which I paid for since getting this stupid contract at R229 a month. Now I cannot even download music as according to MTN call centre Blackberry customers are not allowed to download anymore, on enquiring MTN brought out new rules. On the 17th of October, which means you cannot download at all, even if you get a data bundle or have airtime! Really, MTN. If you can change the rules after I signed my contract you have lost me. You can take your phone and contract and stuff it and you can't penalise me for ending my contract, because you're not keeping your end of it!
