SHOCKING SERVICE!

I've been an MTN customer for 12 years with 5 contracts on my account. I contacted MTN Direct on 8 August & applied for an iPhone 5. Jack advised it was approved and I would receive it the next week - given ref no. I noted I needed the phone by 18th to take to my daughter in Hoedspuit. I called the 16th as not received, to be informed that the app had 'timed out in the system' as Jack was off ill and it had been cancelled. I went to apply at an MTN store but there was no stock of handsets. I called back to MTN Direct on 17th (spoke to Emile) who re-did my application and assured me that the phone would be couriered to me in Hoedspruit on Tuesday 20 August. At 2pm on the 20th I called re delivery to be advised that there was no delivery scheduled!!! I requested the supervisor, who informed me that the app was not approved. I recommended he listen to the recordings of previous conversations. He called back on the 21st, apologised and advised that delivery would take place to my daughter in Hoedspruit. Emile then called again and advised it had to be delivered to me in Joburg and delivery would take place on the 23rd. 26th... and still no delivery!
Time to change service provider!
