How can it take more than 1 week to solve a querry???

On Saturday the 17 Th of August 2013, I contacted MTN call centre on 083-1555. I requested for assistance to assist me to set up a new MTN e-mail account. The nature of my querry was that I do not receive a sms message to confirm my mtn code to unlock my settings to set up the new mtn e-mail address.

The call centre operator said that there is a problem with my sms system and that he will have to report it to technical department to sort out, And 1 week LATER AND NOT SOLVED!

I have again called the call centre today, the 24th of August 2013 and please do not even talk about the attitude and lip I have received from the lady call centre operator, She was not helpful at all and drop the phone.

I then called David at the call centre again, Now the same story that was told to me last week--" We need to log a call at technical and this can only be attended to on Monday"

Now my question is, doesn't anybody at MTN follow po on their calls or where is the so called customer service that is advertised in the MEDIA.

Slogan" MTN Everywhere you go-Go where? -searching for bad service???
