No information at Branch or call centre

I called the call centre about Telkom Simple Option to install at my residence 26 July 2013. I was informed that I can apply for it at the call centre and then go into a branch and pay the deposit of R700, which I did 27 July 2013. Nobody said that this service might not be possible in our area and also did nobody mention another option, at the Wonderpark Branch. Monday 29 July 2013 I informed the call centre (10210) that I have paid my deposit. They said they will send out an technician to install everything for me. 6 August i received a message from telkom saying a technician will be there on 7 August to install the asdl etc. I took leave from work for wednesday and waited for telkom who never pitched. Around 4 I called and asked why nobody arrived. The call centre said that on the system it says there is a network problem. She said it will be solved the next week and the technician will contact me. Today I have to make a call again from my cell phone (which is not free to 10210) and answer millions of security questions just to hear that we dont have network coverage, When was anyone going to tell me this, and I have to go to a branch to apply for wimax.
