Shocking Service!!!

I have moved over to Telkom Mobile on a Pay-as-you-Go about a month ago and all my services were working perfectly. On Friday, 14 June, upon trying to make a call, I received a message "Not registered on network". I'm not able to make or receive calls. Called the call centre numerously, but I have to wait for another department to call me back, which never seems to happen. I have tried all the settings that the call centre has instructed and nothing works. My phone was working fine and I didn't change any settings from one day to the next, but tomorrow will be a week that I've been unable to make/receive any calls/sms'. I'm currently on the line with your call centre, who are absolutely unbelievably incapable of understanding the problem, let alone solving it! I have given my work number as an alternative number and was just told that the "home assist" will call me when they are on the way to my house to assist, which is great. BUT, they fail to understand that I'm not at home during working hours and work an hour's drive from home!!! Please get someone to contact me who doesn't just read a script but can actually hold a conversation, use their intelligence and solve this.
