Unhappy and ongoing issues with the billing depart

I would like to know why do you keep on trying to bill me on the 24th of the month and you know by now that my salary date is the 25th of each month, when the 25th falls on a Sunday my salary will only be available on the 26th.

Every time you people try and do the billing on the 24th why? Are you uneducated or what. I get penalized each time this happens, and then you want to cut my services. I really do not think that you are playing the game fare.

I insist that you rectify this matter and you will refund me for every time in the past you have done this.

This will be the reason that I will stop all my service lines with you.

See this matter as urgent!!!
