We reported a faulty beam a month ago and spoke to someone and still haven't seen a technician. I sent an e-mail to the customer service centre (Beauty Ganye) and received an mail back that my request will be forwarded to the technical department. I has been another week still no technician. Today tried to phone your call centre to put me through to your technical department, cant get through!!! I trust that this will be sorted out immediately.
