PATHETIC SERVICES FROM BMW ON CALL

On the 28th November 2013 I had a problem with my BMW. I called the On Call operator who sent a Tow Trucking Company to collect my vehicle at home. While hoisting the vehicle they damaged my bumper below. I reported it to the call centre who told me they would sort out the problem. A week later it became my problem, I had to get quotes for the damage done to the vehicle and also had to deliver the quotes to the Trucking services personally. They refused immediately to pay for the damage and I instructed the call centre to sort it out. Another week went by and I contacted them only to be told I had to phone customer service with the complaint. I dealt with a lady called Thespa, she promised me high and low the problem would be sorted within 48hrs. After a week went by I contacted her only to be told I had to take pics of the damage and pass in onto her and she will sort it out again. After two weeks I contacted her again and she told me she handed it over to one of their Directors as there was no response from the Tow Trucking company but promised they will contact me as soon as possible. I have been phoning and leaving messages but nobody is getting back to me. BMW, wow!!!
