Good Day,

I have had no coverage for my 3g service since last week Monday. I
called in on Tuesday to report this and to start with the attitude of
the call centre agent was terrible. As such I made a complaint on
Hello Peter. I made several calls last week to follow up as well as
sending e-mails regarding the coverage issue. On Thursday last week
Veronica called me from the Hello Peter complaint and I was assured
she would escalate my coverage issue. I have requested to be contacted
with feedback several times and to date this has been ignored. I have
also called the call centre for coverage and asked to speak to one of
these supervisors after the agents could provide me with no feedback except there isn't a supervisor there on 3 separate calls

I would now like the following answered:

1. What has been done to address my coverage issue?
2. What was done regarding my complaint regarding poor service through
the Coverage Call centre on my initial call?
3. What is being done about these so called supervisors who make
promises to call back and never do?
4. When will my coverage be restored?
5. What are MTN doing to make me as a customer satisfied after this
horrendous service?
