How long do i need to wait for feedback?

I am still awaiting feedback from cell c regarding my data contract. I have sent several emails to Nelly whereby she just ignores me. Is this how cell c treats their customers, by ignoring them.? I want URGENT feedback from cell c as to why my data line is so much and how I can use 2 gig of data so quickly if I am hardly on the internet and my data is turn off
