I took out a vodacom contract on the 14 of August 2011 for a laptop and a modem. So my aim was to close it when its expiry date of 24 months came, but before I could close it and to my dismay someone had extended the contract for a Blackberry Q10 cellphone at the vodacom section of Hi-fi Corporation in Centurion Mall on the 23rd of June 2013. I came to realise such when I received billing statements. I then called vodacom and they told me I had extended the contract at the abovementioned store. I went to the store and they showed me the "extended contract" and the ID copy attached to the contract was all. I reported the matter to vodacom and I even sent them proof and supporting documents and they have not done anything to resolve the matter and they deduct money from my account for something I don't even have in my possession.
