Plus minus one month ago, Helen manager of store and David promised that they could match Telkom's current deal. As per usual the clients must run after the store, not the other way around. I have been with Vodacom since 1996 they never look after the old loyal clients, whom have never missed a payment.
They said as per the contract, even though their was a view months to go, they said they could do an extended contract and pleaded with me not to leave them. One month later after all these empty promises they now can not match the deal nor extend the contract.
Please everyone out there do realise it is time to change! Loyalty gets you Nowhere!
When my contract comes to an end I will be very happy to leave Vodacom and move over to Telkom!
