I changed my contract with Hanneke at Brooklyn Mall 22nd June 2013. She gave me very good advise regarding the options available. She is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I have had good service every time I dealt with the shop. Thank you to Craig and his team.

Kindly do inform the Vodacom call center that the contract has been extended and my surname has changed from Enslin to Reich. I have been called about 30 or more times this week. The lines is very soft and I can hardly hear the consultants. I have indicated that the contract has been extended and am aware of the 2nd number's upgrade Oct 20123. I will gladly deal with vodacom Brooklyn then. I am a consultant on a call center and do not take personal calls in work time.
