I have been trying to get someone to help me at Vodacom for months - every time someone promises to call me back & then they disappear. I simply get an sms saying that the matter has been resolved, which it has not!
I was overcharged for Data use in the month that I extended my contract as my My Meg package was disabled mid-month!!
Basically Vodacom has R600 from me & I have been a client for MANY years & now just extended again - which I am seriously considering cancelling and going to the Consumer Complaints Commission.
Can someone please help asap.
