Faulty Nokia C5 - after 3 "repairs"

The "new" Canal Walk Vodacom shop is a complete step down in both appearance and customer service.

I handed in my Nokia C5 for repairs on 2013/08/24 (REF: 9142779) and a week later collected it. The problem had not been fixed. I handed in my Nokia C5 for repairs on 2013/09/07 (Ref: 9180456) and when I collected it a week later I was told that no fault was found by the Manufacturer. Shocking thing is, I was served at a counter where other customers were already seated and busy downloading information from their blackberry! I handed in my Nokia C5 for repairs on 2013/09/16 (Ref: 92052151)..
I cannot believe that I have to spend all this time and money to sort out this matter. The navigation button on the phone is faulty. I sometimes have to press it 10 to 15 times to make a entry... this is completely unacceptable!
