My vodacom contract was extended since it was about expire and this was done in June 2013 at Hi-fi corporation in Centurion Mall. The indian lady who works at the vodacom section in Hi-fi corporation failed to pick up that it was when came to extend the contract although a day before a fellow colleague to the indian lady did pick up that it was but both failed to prevent such from happening. I reported the matter to both Hi-fi corporation and vodacom in July 2013 but still to date the matter has not been sorted out. I have provided proofs and statements as required but nothing has been done regarding the matter. I want the contract reversed and my money that has been deducted from my account re-imbursed. I am so disappointed in "supposedly" and "adequately" trained staff that they can fail to prevent after 1 member has picked it up. It shows lack of team work and responsibility.
