Hi There

I applied for a contract phone about 2 weeks ago in Ladysmith Kinggate Centre. I was told it takes about 72 hrs for it to be approved. on the 23 Aug i went to check the status, i was told it needs work confimation. on the application form under work phone i wrote my office landline number instead of HR i then changed it .i then called the store again on tues 27 Aug i was told its still pending with work confirmation.today i am told the store is closed, they went for training.

I now want to cancel the application, I will do it elsewhere. I am receiving poor service from that store, not even a courtesy call to give me feedback atleast.
