I Have a Blackberry Curve 9320 which I use just for Blackberry messenger And Facebook. For that reason I recharge with R60 every month to activate the BIS . Because of good service with Vodacom, I did not change networks, although the other networks charge a lot less for their BIS . A few days ago I recharged with R110 airtime. This morning there was a balance or R50 . I tried to make a call, and there was zero balance. I called thed the Customer Care numbers 111 and 155, and they both tell me it's because of an application on the Phone, that's using the airtime. I explained to them that I have NO applications on this fone. I also Do Not Have subsriptions. They were also clueless, and only advice was to not load airtime, but only when I need to make a call (Which is not practical). Vodacom needs to re-imburse my lost airtime. It's their fault, and they can not give a valid reason.
