Pre-paid Airtime mysteriously vanishing

Over the past few months I have had airtime vanishing from my pre-paid Vodacom BlackBerry cell phone. I do not send SMS's as my friends and clients are all on BlackBerry Messenger and WhatsApp. I am not subscribed to any download content sites. My airtime that I buy is purely for phone calls and BIS. At one time R88 went missing straight after recharging with airtime. If something is not done about this I will be taking it further and I will be changing service providers. I am extremely upset about this. I have lost over R200 in airtime so far. I will not be recharging my account again until this is settled and the missing airtime is refunded. Here's hoping for a speedy reply.
