AIRTIME VANISHING!!!

I contacted the call centre and facebook page regarding this matter - no one can answer why just browsing facebook uses my airtime. In the past i have monitored usage and have never been charged for downloads or browsing facebook till now. i have even been able to download with no airtime, which I find so strange. Yet, the only answer I get is that downloads are charged R2 PER MB and i can only browse, email and chat via BIS > SOMEONE TELL ME!!! WHY WAS I NOT CHARGED BEFORE, YET ALL OF A SUDDEN MY AIRTIME IS GONE BEFORE I EVEN GET TO USE IT! In the past I would download and then check my airtime balance and it would be no different than prior to downloading - your callcentre agents are incompetent. Ive been contacted via e mail and still no one can explain to my why I was not billed before. Now i Purchase airtime and only look at my facebook newsfeed without even opening pictures and the airtime is gone! VODACOM IS REALLY GOOD AT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! I am seriosly considering changing networks
