RESTRICTIONS REGARDING MY OWN AIRTIME

So my mom took out a contract for me on my blackberry two years back and It came with timeless bis. so this contract ended yesterday midday and my mother had upgraded but not with a blackberry but with still my number and now I got the airtime and now I tried to use that airtym to activate bis but nope I cant and when I call Vodacom they told me that they can only activate my bis and I would have to pay 59 extra!!! now this means that this airtym I'm getting monthly is going to be useless unless I get Vodacom to activate my bis and that means nore more money for them. this was never explained when I got the contract and now I cant use another simcard in this phone because my insurance wont allow me... I Must say that this is nonsense shame it really is. telling me how I can use my airtime that my own parent pays for is nonsense!!! changing networks ASAP!!!
