False information given

My account was in arrears. I changed my personal number and did not get the message. My business phone was suspended. I phoned 8ta and was told that for the account to be 100% up to date I need to pay 5051, but for the account to be unlocked I need to pay 2447, which I did. After a lot of calls and every time being promised that my service would be reactivated soon, the accounts department then decided to not activate my accpunt intill the amount is paid in full. After 30hours of them receiving the payment and a promise to pay by the.end. of.the month, my service has not been activated and they simply tell me that I must do what I feel I should. I cant be.put through to account department, and the customer care dep made promises to me of activation after after that payment. Please help.
