On Sunday 02/06/13, I purchased R55 R5 Vodacom Airtime and loaded it onto my Blackberry, thereafter, I sent a sms for BIS to Vodacome, which resulted in my airtime being deducted with R59.00. I recieved a successul purchase of BIS from Vodacom. I switched my phone off and turned it back on and still no active BIS. I waited 24 hours and still no BIS. On Monday 03/06/13 afternoon, I contact Vodacom and they advise me that its not their fault and my phone software need to be updated, however for the past 2 years and 1 month, I have pruchased BIS from Vodacom and I have had no problem. If Vodacom cannot load this BIS on my phone, I need my R59.00 airtime back. If this airtime is not returned, I consider this, as I have paid for something that does not exist.
