Vodacom
Not keeping their promise

On sunday the 18 August 2013 i went on the internet and completed an application for 2x tablets on a contract. Within an hour i got a call from a call centre agent verifying my details and asking me personal information. I was then infromed that my application is successfull and I was welcomed to Vodacom. Delivery address was verified and I was told that delivery will take place the following day 19 August 2013 between 8 and 5and should have proof of residence and copy of ID at hand. At 16:30 no call and I followed up with Vodacom and was told that they still need to verify some details etc, etc, etc. I questioned the information that was given to me the following day and why was I not told this the previous day. I even received an sms from Vodacom the sunday with a referencie number. On the 20 August 2013 I had to call the call centre again and was told that my order is in the line and I need to follow up again in 2 days time. I received an e-mail on the 21 August stating that the reason why there could be a delay is maybe due to limited stock. I replied and at 17:43 21 August 2013 still await a reply.
REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE that a client needs to follow up everytime and dont get answers
