I here by want to lay a complaint about the airtime advance service
Seeing that I keep on getting the message that I do not qualify altough I have been
Withe vodacom for almost 11 months now and recharge my account every
Month with R29 and more I even sometimes go up to R110 on airtime.
So here by I do not understand why I do not qualify yet.
The reason I am laying a complaint is because I can't see the fact that one of
The people I know qualifyed for airtime advance but she not even active on vodacom
For more then 6 months and does not even load R29 and more every month.
So I here by just want to say that I don't even want to hear the excuse that you don't know
How it happend because it is a unacceptable excuse and will not tolerate any of the
Vodacom call centre operators to use it as an excuse just because they are to lazy to
