My query still not sorted out!

I have got your response but Funiwe said that she could not see the debit balance on my account which i talked about. I then scanned my statement in and submitted it to the billing department where they can back today and said that i had an open line. Funiwe did not say anything about an open line. her reply to me was that my previous statement had a credit balance and then they debited my account with R89.00 for June'13. Which she then said was that my account is in credit with R332.56 minus the June'13 amount R89.00 = R243.56. But i need to pay R208.00 towards my Jul'13 account. i then asked her if my account is in credit with R243.56 why should i pay R208.00? Take the R208.00 from the credit balance and then i'm remaining with a CREDIT balance of plu minus R35.00. and therefor she could not SOLVE my query. Today they told me that i had an open line and they took my credit of R332.56 for the open line which was due R290.00. You see why i'm getting frustrated. cause this stories change all the time and NO ONE can solve my ACTUAL QUERY. I want to speak to a senior person which could actually help me. I don't want Funiwe to contact me cause she didn't even know what i was talking a
