FROM BAD TO WORSE

I requested that my contract be migrated to prepaid sometime in June effective July. This did not happen. Then I complained that the matter had not been resolved when I received the highest bill yet with the lowest usage ever. Then to be informed they double billed me... did I agree to this NO!! Then they agree to cancel the contract and triple bill me for June, July and August. Shocking, yes, yet nobody has advised why they are billing outside agreed contract and not deducting monthly. It seems they bill when they want and this can be cumulative as well. Fine so no answers received email sent to just deduct what is owing in September and I can then get over this shocking service. But wait there is a NAEDO tracked debit TODAY on my account... furious and disgusted! Terrible useless service. NEVER agreed to this billing arrangement they deduct as they please and also do not follow simple consumer instructions. When you think it can't get worse well it probably will. Problem initiated by simple request not followed and then they start double debiting as their systems are obviously not working. I am so ANGRY.
