I have been a client of Nashua mobile since 2008, I have had many contracts and always paid on time never ever had a debit order bounce, I would rate myself as an excellent client and I cannot believe that a delivery can be such a problem. I decided to upgrade my contract all I requested was for them to deliver the phone and Ps3 to one of the stores closest to me, I was not informed that the phone will be going to cedar square as I requested for it to be delivered to Four ways Mall, if four ways mall does not have a branch I should have been informed accordingly, the reason I requested to collect the phone is that I was not in the office and thought that all would have been fine, I work in dainfern and do not live close by, we normally have a shuttle service during lunch to take us to four ways mall therefore I requested it to be delived there, this has now inconvenienced me as I do not have transport to go the Cedar Square, I was given a number to call the branch at cedar square however the number just rings and no one picks up, I suggest you contact the branch where the device is and let them deliver it to me ASAP!!!
