To whom it may concern
Just want to share my worse experience ever.
I took a contract out with 8ta about 4 months ago and I am ever sorry I did... from my first billing they messed up... billing department over charged me on my monthly payments when I enquired the bill no could helo me and till today every bill I got was wrong when trying to sort out why they gave me numerous different stories and ni one could help me and to top it all off they have been debiting my account on the wrong days due to billing messing up they're put my ib arrears which till today can't be explained as all payment has been made I'm still waiting on feedback from the billing department... I seriously can't wait for this contract to end..by far the worse experience Iever had... hope someone can help me... as every month same thing calling in but empty promises been made...
