INCORRECT DATA BILLING

This is my 2nd complaint about the problem. Since I upgraded my contract and moved from MTN to CellC in April 2012, I had constant problems with the data billing. I have free BIS with my contract, but every month I was charged extra for GPRS usage. When I complained to Autopage, I was told, that the BIS does not cover everything, but I could see in the bill, that I was charged every time I was using internet and I was double billed from MTN and CellC. After I contacted Hello Peter, I received a call from Najma Moosa and eventually it was discovered that the phone settings were incorrect, the problem was resolved, but not for long. I've contacted Mrs Moosa about 2 months ago, when I noticed in the bill extra charge for GPRS for the same contract and she said she will check it. In the meantime I received the October bill, where the extra charge was R1315. I've contacted her again and she confirmed that she will log a request with the IT department. After a week I received email saying that the network confirms that the charges are correct and that there are downloads which will be billed to me. I don't agree and I request proof of the downloads, but I haven't heard from her since.
