Data Billing Issue Unresolved

Hi,
I have a 2GB a month contract with MTN for R149 per month (0784558419).
In July I was billed R902.30 for usage 12 June to 11 July usage (I went over the 2GB so there is a cost, however, MTN cannot tell me how much data I used)
In August I was billed R574.17 for 12 July to 11 August usage (I still had data left from this period as it was carried over to 12 August to 11 September period, why was I billed)

I have been trying in vain to get MTN to justify these costs. I have receive an itemised bill (which states I used 8GB of data, in contrast with other information received form the call centre) for July but the costs do not correspond to the received explanation.

The following queries were logged:
7 August 2013 Ref 2505574 - no response received
8 September 2013 Ref 2630886 - email response received from Warren Slabbert 25 September 2013 partially resolving issue (incorrectly calculating data billing)
Sent a reply email on 25 September 2013 to Warren Slabbert as the issue was not resolved - no response received.
On 25 September 2013 spoke to call centre who provided the following feedback:
