I stopped my Mtn debit order in the beginning of September and I asked customer care if I can pay cash, they told me that I have to pay my bill on the 11th of September. I asked them if they can change my billing date to the last working day of each month because I already paid the end of July. They send me a confirmation email with a reference number that it has been changed. End of August I paid again and also the end of October. I got an sms that I must pay R515.99 otherwise my service will be suspended. When I queried it, they told me the amount due is for the 11th of September and I also send them the confirmation mail that my billing date changed. Now they tell me they Bill me the 11th of each month and then 21 days after that again??? So must I pay my bill double now? I never had such nonsense with my debit orders? As soon as my contracts expire, I will cancel all of them. I will never take out a contract with mtn again
