STILL BEING BILLED AFTER CONTRACT EXPIRED!!

I am furious as I'd double-checked with a shop attendant at Cell C's shop in Cresta in the beginning of August whether or not my contract had already ended before getting a new contract with MTN!

She checked on the system & confirmed that it had ended at the end of July and that I was already on prepaid at the time. I'd still been billed in the beginning of August, but I assumed that it was the bill for the month of July. I asked her if it had definitely been moved to prepaid as I couldn't afford getting a new contract and then still being billed by Cell C. She assured me that it had been!

Now my account was AGAIN debited for R357 by Cell C yesterday!! I'd not even had any use of BIS since about the end of July, which I thought was a confirmation that the shop attendant was correct in saying my contract had expired then.

PLEASE REMOVE MY ACCOUNT FROM YOUR DEBIT ORDERS AND REFUND ME FOR THE R357 you incorrectly debited off my account yesterday!!
