I bought a Samsung Note II on contract with MTN. Less than a year later the phone doesnt want to charge. I took the phone in to MTN Clearwater as it is still under warranty. They promised that they will call me after 4-7 working days once the phone comes back from the reapir center. 1 month and a half later i had to call the repair center to ask about my phone, only to be told that the phone was taken back to the shop 2 weeks ago. I call the shop, they find the phone someone in their backrooms. No one even apologised for not calling me to say it was ready. Then they tell me that the repair center say the battery is at fault. I took out the battery and charged it in another phone, similar to my one. It charged without problems. So my question is, why do they say its my battery thats at fault? When it clearly isnt. And the service from Albertino Neto from that store was appaulling on the phone and in person. I want to cancel all my contracts with MTN immediately. And i will spread the word to all i know NEVER to use MTN as their service provider if this is how they treat their customers
