I took it into the Samsung repair center in Springfield park, Durban. The technition told me it was a fault with the battery, and refused to listen to me when I told him the problem was not related to the battery. He was extremely rude as well... even though I have proof of purchase and a warranty card, they say my phone does not fall under the warranty since I bought it out of the country (and have a global warranty). This is absalutely ridiculous. How can you not include overseas purchases under warranty when so many people today buy from Amazon, BidorBuy, E-bay etc...??? The customer service was shocking, and the whole service center has ONE technition handling all mobile devices... After waiting 3weeks for a battery and spending R600 I recieved my phone, got in my car and apon plugging it into the charger, I saw that the problem was still there. I returned to the center, and gave my phone in. There was no apology whatsoever. Since then I have been told that the main board is faulty and the technition has ordered the part. The part has already taken 2weeks. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a Samsung device, and it is the worst customer exp. I have ever had...
