I have purchased a phone Nokia Lumia 920 on contract from Vodacom shop in Hatfield, after 3 days phone kept losing Network and freezing on the 5th day the phone froze on restart only showing the Nokia, I then went to Vodaworld Customer Service Center and was told to take the phone to Hatfield where I had purchased it to claim the Out of Box Failure Guarantee, as I left Vodaworld the phone went dead and could no longer turn on and couldt even charge. When I got to Hatfield I was told that the phone has to be taken in for evaluation after a 5 days I called them and was told my phone is ready for collection and that I had not charged my phone and the battery was flat, I immediately recalled how I charged the phone that morning and the battery was full and it was barely an hour after when the phone froze and went dead. I went to Vodashop Hatfield to collect the phone and I expressed that It was not a battery problem and asked what happens now because I'm being given the phone back and I know that this phone is dysfunctional, I was told that they will extend my OBF for the next 7 days exactly on the 7th day the phone froze. Today am being told that Nokia says the phone works and cant get an OBF
