On the 3rd of des I took my phone to vodacom centurion mall. Told them the battery is not working properly. The phone switches off an on itself and the phone gets too hot. They took it I . No loan phone for me. A week without a phone. Got the phone back. They replaced the battery
Samsung phoned me to check if im happy with the repair. I told the guy... please phone me tomorrow because im still testing it... still waiting for them to phone me. And again the same problems with the phone. Fully charged. In an hour the 100% battery is 20%. On the 17th of dec I took the phone back. On the 23rd I phoned vodacom to check wether my phone is fixed, we want to go on holiday. I got my phone back that day... they tested the battery and upgrade the software. Luckily I know the new update is 4.3 and I have 4.2.2 on my phone. They are wasting my time and I hate this phone. I insist on a new phone. This samsung is giving me so much trouble and vodacoms technicians cant seem to know what they are doing. The phone just switch off and on and the battery still doesnt last for an hour. I will not leave this here. Please get in contact with me and sort this out. I cant work like this.
