bought a new Samsung s4 at hi shop in canal walk in July 2013. started experiencing problems with the phone when suddenly battery started dying much faster with in a case of two months. i then took the phone into vodacom repairs in canal walk. after the 11th day after i called them they then tell me the phone is ready. on my arrival i get my phone back with another battery an a cable. which i know for a fact that there was definitely something wrong with a phone than the battery because phones battery will never die so soon. anyway took the phone an then 2 months later again i start experiencing the same problem so they take it in again. after this i dealt with repair manager steven and aneesa which i said i was very upset that i need a phone as i am in IT that its very important i have a phone. 2 weeks went past they told me they replacing everything in the inside of the phone. got the phone back not even a month and the phone started rebooting the whole time. not even allowing me to put in my pin. i then had to take it in for the third time which i then was so unhappy with the service i bought me a Samsung galaxy note 3. almost 3 weeks now nothing. still waiting for feedback.
