MTN BAD SERVICE

Good day
I applied for a Samsung Tablet PS100. on 16/07/2013.The Tablet only came on 06/08/2013.Up until today im still battling to get the SIM activated. The store advised me that this is a recycled number and it was not RICA'd by the previous owner. I really need MTN do do something about this service. From 16/07/2013, Does this Make good business sense?
