When getting a data package the last thing you expect is to get a number that belonged to a person that owes, just about every major company, money. And that they will phone you non-stop on your tablet... the reason why you got the data package in the first place. You then at least expect that when you report your problem to Vodacom for them to make some kind of plan to change the number (that you did not ask for). Well in my case they will change the number but at a cost of R285.00 oh but wait... They can't change the number because it's a data package or was it a top-up package... I don't really know because the story changed every time I mentioned that I did not ask for a recycled number and that Vodacom is putting me in a terrible position as this tablet is used for work purposes. You can't exactly have a private conversation on a tablet. I am not going to pay to rectify a mistake I did not make. I asked the Customer Service person to come up with a better solution. I am still waiting for one apart from not to answer my tablet when it rings?!
