Almost 2 months for a repair - N Communication

I'm really at a point of frustration with autopage who seem to just be full of excuses. On 13 Sept 2013, I handed in Samsung 10"tablet for repairs. the microsim stuck inside and needed it to be fixed and removed. On 29 Sept 2013, I receive sms informing me that my tablet will be ready for collection in 4 days. On the 8 Oct 2013, I personally went to the head office to fetch my tablet. After almost 20 mins of searching and waiting, I was then informed that the tablet is not there and they are not sure Y I received the sms, and I was promised that it would be delivered to me when back at the store. On the 9 Oct 2013, I called in to follow up on the tablet and provide them with a delivery address. But only to my shock, was I informed that the tablet was in fact returned back to the supplier as it had not been fixed. on 11 Oct 2013, I then receive an sms thanking me for booking in my tablet with the. Today, 28 Oct 2013, I call and get given a story that the tablet was sent to the on 16 Oct 2013 and they require a proof of purchase. What the??? Y am I not being called and informed. I WANT MY TABLET BACK TODAY, FIXED! I want answers. Very unprofessional.
