15/06/2013 went to somerset mall edgars to enquire about the tablet promotion, no one was available to help. i went back the next day 16/06/2013 and then no one in the store knew how the promotion work (they were just good enough to open the account). i then went to CNA and they explained to me how it works and gave me a number to call.
17/06/2013 i called the number given to me (edcon, 0800203925) and applied for the tablet, it was said that the tablet will be delivered to me on 19/06/2013 and my mom can accept the tablet with my original i.d hers, the courier service came the 20/06/2013 and did not want my mom to accept the tablet and they left with it. i called edcon and it was a whole mess. the tablet was then supposed to be delivered on the 21/06/2013 i left work early so i can accept it, no one came.
because of the very bad service i cancelled the tablet on 22/06/2013 and i want my account closed as soon as the R3000 is reversed off my account.
I will never buy anything from edgars again and i will never encourage anyone to open an account with edgars!!
